WAC 388-76-10031: Homes licensed for seven or eight beds without an automatic sprinkler system may not serve residents requiring evacuation assistance, and a limit will be placed on their license.

WAC 388-76-10032: Change-of-ownership applicants for seven or eight-bed homes must hold a valid AFH license for at least 24 months, maintain a six-plus resident license for the prior 12 months, and pass two full inspections with no enforcement actions.

WAC 388-76-10780: Toilets and bathing facilities not used by residents do not need to meet WAC 51-51-0330 requirements and must be inaccessible to residents.
