Our Story

At Washington Care Compliance, we understand the unique challenges of starting and running a long-term care business, because we’ve open and ran our own, first-hand. Our founder began working in an Adult Family Home at the age of 17, assisting his mother who operated the home while caring for his two siblings with special needs. From managing day-to-day operations, living as night staff, and supporting residents, to building systems that make administrative work easier, he quickly became immersed in the realities of both caregiving and compliance. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience across the full spectrum of adult home management: from licensing and inspections to marketing, staff coordination, and family communication. He later pursued professional training in healthcare marketing, search engine optimization, and web development, and used those skills to help care homes fill beds, maintain compliance, and operate more efficiently. Today, Washington Care Compliance brings that same level of personalized insight and professional strategy to every client we serve.
