I started working at 17 as a CNA in my mom’s Adult Family Home, learning hands-on care along with the licensing and operations requirements. Seeing how confusing compliance could be, and how much it matters, I decided to dedicate my time to building a service that helps AFH providers and healthcare providers alike. That led me to found Washington Care Compliance. As our first program-service, we offer real-time WAC alerts, clear summaries, and simple action steps so you can spend more time caring and less time researching or worrying about staying up-to-date. We’ll handle the WAC updates and necessities on the backend so you don't have to worry about missing anything. Our goal is to partner with other businesses, expand, and improve the healthcare field as a whole.
