By accessing or purchasing any service from Washington Care Compliance (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These apply to all services offered, including long-term care consulting, startup support, marketing setup, document creation, and other related offerings.

1. Scope of Services

We assist individuals and businesses in launching or scaling long-term care homes such as Adult Family Homes, Residential Care Homes, or Assisted Living Facilities. Services may include licensing support, business setup, compliance documents, marketing systems, website design, and online presence strategies.

2. Payments & Pricing

Full payment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is based on residential care home support but may vary for other care models. All payments are processed through Stripe or other secure platforms.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the nature of our customized services. No refunds will be provided after work has begun.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate information. Delays in communication may impact project timelines but do not affect fees or payment obligations. Clients are required to implement and take action on the strategies, documents, and guidance provided; while we offer comprehensive support, execution and follow-through are ultimately the client’s responsibility.

5. Disclaimers

We are not attorneys or licensed legal representatives. Our support is based on experience, regulation research, and best practices. Final legal responsibility lies with the business owner.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, designs, and templates created by us are owned by Washington Care Compliance. You may use them for your own business only and not resell or redistribute them.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any financial or legal outcomes that arise from your business operations. We provide guidance, but execution is your responsibility.

8. Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these changes.
